How To Delete Your Account In the StrengthLog App

You have the right to have your personal data deleted at any time, except for the following situations:

  • you have an ongoing support case,
  • you have an active subscription, or
  • you are suspected of abusing our services in the last 12 months.

This means, among other things, that you cannot keep your subscription if you want your personal information deleted.

To correct or delete some of your personal information, you can contact our Data Protection Officer via app@strengthlog.com.

In general, we do not delete data as a service, in order to simplify for returning users, who will then have access to their old data.
