Where to Find the Exercise Instructions in the Workout Log

You can find the exercise instructions in several different places in the workout log app.

The most straightforward way is probably to start a new workout, add your first exercise, and then tap the “?”-symbol next to the exercise name.

Press the question mark to the right of an exercise to see the exercise instructions and demonstration. This particular screenshot shows my currently most used exercises.

That brings up the exercise information page, on which you can see an exercise demo, how to perform the exercise with proper form, and the muscles worked.

Alternative ways to reach the exercise instructions are via the statistics page or when previewing a workout or training program.

Create Your Own Exercises

We are constantly adding to our list of exercises. But what if you can’t find the one you’re looking for?

Just add it yourself!

Specify which muscles you want it to work and whether it should include weight, reps, body weight, or something else.
