How to do Smith Machine Landmine Press
- Kneel at the end of the smith machine bar, facing it with the bar at shoulder height.
- Grip the bar with both hands and engage your core for stability.
- Press the bar upward by extending your arms until they are nearly straight, keeping your shoulders stable.
- Lower the bar back down to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps
