How to Do One-Legged Seated Leg Curl

  1. Adjust the machine so that you are correctly positioned. Your knees should be in line with the machine’s joint.
  2. Lift the weight by bending the working legs knee as far as possible.
  3. Slowly lower the weight again.
  4. Finish all reps on the working leg, then switch to the other leg.

Commentary

Seated leg curls is an isolation exercise where it is easy to focus on the hamstrings.

Be careful when adjusting the machine, so that it suits your body. The most important aspect is to place the machines joint in line with your knees.
