How to Do Lying Windshield Wipers
- Lie on your back, with your arms out to your sides and your legs straight up in the air.
- Slowly lower your legs down to one side.
- Reverse the motion, and lower your legs down to your other side.
Commentary
Lying windshield wipers train your obliques. The exercise can be made easier by bending your knees, and heavier by using ankle weights.
