How to Do Lying Leg Raises
- Lie down with your back on the floor, and your arms at your sides.
- With straight legs, lift your legs until they are pointing straight up.
- Lower your legs again, with control.
Commentary
Lying leg raises train your abs and your hip flexors. The exercise can be made easier by bending your knees slightly, and you can make it heavier by using ankle weights.
