How to Do Lying Leg Curls

  1. Adjust the machine so that you are correctly positioned. Your knees should be in line with the machine’s joint.
  2. Lift the weight by bending your knees as far as possible.
  3. Slowly lower the weight again.


The lying leg curl is an isolation exercise where it is easy to focus on the hamstrings.

Be careful when adjusting the machine so that it suits your body. The most important aspect is to place the machine’s joint in line with your knees.
