How to Do the Kneeling Side Plank
- Stand on your side, leaning against one elbow and your knee.
- Brace your core and try to form and hold a straight line from your head to knees.
The kneeling side plank is a bodyweight exercise to strengthen your obliques. By kneeling, the exercise becomes easier than the regular side plank, in which you stand on your feet.
