How to Do Hip Adductions

  1. Adjust the machine to the appropriate settings, sit down with your legs outside the pads, and grip the handles.
  2. Push the pads toward eachother by bringin your legs together.
  3. Return with control to the starting position.


The hip adduction machine trains the muscles that adduct (brings together) your thighs.
