How to Do Dumbbell Wrist Extensions
- Grab a dumbbell with an overhand grip and rest your forearm against your thigh, or alternatively against a bench.
- Lower your hand towards the floor.
- Reverse the motion by bending your wrist upwards.
Commentary
Dumbbell wrist extension trains the muscles in the forearm that extends your wrist. As an alternative, you can perform the exercise with a barbell, or rest your forearm against a bench instead of your leg.
