How to Do Dumbbell Rear Delt Row
- Lean forward with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Inhale and make a wide rowing motion, where you let your upper arms go out towards the sides.
- With control, lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
Commentary
The dumbbell rear delt row is a great rear delt exercise. To avoid cheating or swinging the weights up, make sure you use light weights and focus on muscle contact with your rear deltoids.
