
How to Do Machine Overhead Triceps Extension
- Sit in the machine and adjust the seat so that the handles are aligned with or slightly above your shoulders.
- Grip the handles with both hands and keep your elbows close to your head.
- Press the handles upward by extending your elbows until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower the handles back to the starting position in a controlled manner by bending your elbows.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

The machine overhead triceps extension effectively isolates the triceps and provides extra stability for a controlled movement.
