Plank On Knees

Instructions

  • Stand on your elbows and knees.
  • Brace your abs, and try to form and hold a straight line from your head to knees.

Commentary

The plank is a body weight exercise to strengthen your abdominals. Plank on knees is an easier variant of the plank, suitable if you can not do it on your feet yet.
